When Southampton realised there was nothing more they could do for me, Salisbury Hospice's amazing Palliative care team stepped in. There care is second to none, and despite severe cut backs they are there for us both during everything. From counselling to helping us find medication unsupported by the NHS (thanks Brexit 🤨).
