Story
I’m taking part in the RISE 8K Undercliff Run for Women 2026 to raise vital funds for RISE, a Brighton-based charity supporting women, children, and families affected by domestic abuse. Violence towards women and girls is increasing and it feels important to support this cause again.
RISE provides lifesaving services to those experiencing domestic abuse, including refuge accommodation, crisis support, specialist advocacy, therapeutic programmes, and community initiatives that offer safety, hope, and long‑term recovery. Every year, countless women rely on these services to rebuild their confidence, independence, and sense of security.
By supporting my fundraising, you’re helping RISE continue this essential work. Your donation—big or small—will make a meaningful difference to someone’s life. It helps keep phone lines open, refuges staffed, and specialist support available for those who need it most.
