When stroke strikes, part of your brain shuts down. And so does a part of you. Life changes instantly and recovery is tough. But the brain can adapt. Our specialist support, research and campaigning are only possible with the courage and determination of the stroke community.

Story

On April 14th Kayte and I will be taking on 26.2 miles in the Manchester Marathon as both a personal challenge and to raise funds for both Cancer Research UK and the Stroke Association. These are two charities which are important to us and a lot of people around us - you can select which charity you wish to donate to however we are trying to keep the donations as even as possible!
