Sage House is an amazing local Dementia Hub supporting people with Dementia and their family and friends - Dementia. My Dad was lucky enough to use this facility along with us as a family during his illness and i have friends who are now dealing with family members with this awful disease - Dementia is now the leading cause of death in the UK. It’s a devastating and complex condition. 1 in 2 of us will be directly affected by dementia in our lifetime, there is no cure. There are 980,000 people living with dementia in the UK. We at Dementia Support are there for all those who need our help. We reduce loneliness, give the best quality care and provide hope, supporting the whole family.
