🪁My feet are doing this challenge this September.. and I'd love your support 💕

I've used Refuge and local charities that support women and children through domestic violence, and as a partial consequence of that experience I've found myself anxious leaving the house in the past couple of years.

So this challenge is to raise money for a very crucial service that I feel passionate about, but also to get some independence and autonomy back 🌟

Many arrive at Refuge shelters with little more than the clothes they are wearing, and no idea what will happen next. Your donation could provide essentials like toiletries and food to help a woman through her first night. £15 could provide essentials for a woman arriving at a refuge but every £1 makes a difference.

It's also really validating as a DV survivor to have supporters of this; like a hug and an extra voice saying "it's okay".
