I'm raising money for a charity call Transaid, they operate across sub-Saharan Africa, improving road transport infrastructure and save lives as a result of their work. African roads are amongst the deadliest in the world and road traffic is the leading cause of death for people aged 5-29.

I'll be doing 2x half marathons in two weeks so this will certainly put me through my paces!!
