Kevin's fundraiser for CPotential

Kevin Clark is raising money for CPotential

London to Brighton cycle · 11 July 2026

A one-stop shop of integrated therapy services helping children and young people with movement disorders reach their full potential. The sooner we act, the greater the impact. We offer physiotherapy, conductive education, occupational therapy, music therapy, speech and language therapy and DMI.

Story

My son, Rory, was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at around 18 months old and is unable to walk independently. That's never stopped him though, he is so determined & we are so proud of him. Part of his confidence and drive comes from his numerous sessions with the amazing team at CPotential in Muswell Hill. You can see Rory in the video attached, at 30s and the final scene.

So to try and raise some funds for CPotential I'm going to cycle from London to Brighton on 11 July. Any donations, however small, will help CPotential keep its doors open for children like Rory.

For context, I have just bought my first road bike, went for a 17 mile ride on the maiden outing and almost gave up after 11 miles with back pain and general knackeredness. Let me know if you want my Strava so you can monitor (and/or laugh at) my progress.

From CPotential:

The sooner we act, the greater the impact.

Our rehabilitation services are child-focused with our expert clinicians setting combined goals to help children and young people reach their full potential. By addressing their needs as early as possible we can help children gain the vital skills they need as they grow older.

With thanks to the generosity of you and your donors, you are providing children with movement disorders that extra chance to reach their full potential.
