KCL Fencing x Right To Play UK: 24-Hour Fenceathon 2026

KCL Fencing Club is raising money for King's College London Students' Union

KCL Fencing x Right to Play: 24-Hour Fenceathon 2026 · 20 February 2026

Together with our members, we at KCLSU are a union of students where individuals connect, have fun, build communities, share experiences, and make change.

Story

Our 24-hour Fenceathon is back, and this year we’re proud to be partnering with Right To Play UK, which aims to protect, educate, and empower children to rise above adversity using the power of play-based learning! 🥳 Here at KCL Fencing, our committee of fencing enthusiasts aims to foster a community of dedicated fencers (recreational and competitive alike) who display a growth mindset and always find fun in the sport. However, we recognise that fencing presents significant financial barriers, so our other core aim involves lowering barriers to access so that students from all walks of life can enjoy the sport. 🤺 Our ethos emphasises inclusivity and wholehearted fun, which pushed us to use our sport to fundraise for Right To Play, with the majority of proceeds going directly to their work. ❤️

From 📅 20-21 February, we’ll be fencing nonstop for 24 hours to raise money for Right To Play. The event will take place in the 📍Great Hall, Strand Campus, and will be live-streamed on Twitch, so you can support us wherever you are.
