Story
Hi everyone,
On Sunday, 7th December, I'll be lacing up my running shoes to take on the Milton Keynes Winter Half Marathon. This isn't just a personal challenge for me; it's a chance to make a real difference for a cause that's incredibly close to my heart: the work of Age UK Milton Keynes.
I'm running to raise money for their vital services for people living with dementia. This isn't just about providing care; it's about offering companionship, support, and a sense of community to those who often feel lost or isolated. Your donation can help provide day care, social activities, and befriending services that are a lifeline for clients and their families.
Training through the cold winter months is tough, but it's a small challenge compared to what people with dementia and their carers face every day. The thought of supporting Age UK Milton Keynes' incredible work is what will push me through every mile of the race.
Every pound you can spare will go directly to helping some of the most vulnerable members of our community. Please, if you can, donate to my page and help me reach my fundraising goal. Your support means the world to me, and more importantly, it means everything to the people Age UK Milton Keynes serves.
Thank you for your generosity.
