So at the start of the year I started a new virtual running challenge, 720 Miles following in the footsteps of Alexander the Great on his march from Greece to Turkey. Im using this challenge to raise money for Wave Forward, a mental health charity that has helped my Kaylin out massively, so it would be good to give a little back.
