Hi everyone. My name is Keith Cashin and I’m going to be taking part in the Ultra White Collar Boxing event in Gillingham scheduled for the 16th of March 2025. It is a charity event and I’ve chosen to raise money for MenTalk Health Sittingbourne. I have moved recently from the North East of England to Kent. And straight away I found my community hub with MenTalk. I struggled a lot with mental health while I was living in Newcastle. I decided to move down to Kent in order to be closer to family. MenTalk is a local charity involved in raising awareness in men’s mental health in Swale, Kent

MENTALK HEALTH SITTINGBOURNE/MENTALK SWALE is a charity which runs a FREE weekly group for all men in Swale struggling with Mental Health or enduring a difficult time. They hold a group meeting every Tuesday at the Holy Trinity Church next to Lidl in Sittingbourne at 19.30-21.00.
