Suicide is complex, irrational and frightening. It‘s something most people struggle to talk about because they can’t quite find the words. Conversations are difficult and uncomfortable, surrounded by stigma and shame.

As a 4 person relay team, we’ve going to be running the Adidas Manchester marathon in memory of Eva and Ben. As we run, we’re hoping to be raising money for Papyrus- raising awareness of suicide as the leading cause of death for young people under 35 years and promoting the message that suicide is preventable!!
