Story

Keith was passionate about the conservation of wildlife.

He was a big cat lover, aside of course his passion for 'All Things Jaguar'! his particular favourite was the snow leopard. He was a keen supporter of The Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent, a centre dedicated to the conservation of wild cats.

About The Big Cat Sanctuary

The Big Cat Sanctuary was founded in 2000, it is a charity focused on the conservation of wild cats. The Sanctuary is home to around 40 cats representing 12 different species, many of which are listed as at risk of extinction by the IUCN Red List.

Our mission is built on five pillars: Welfare, Breeding, Education, Conservation and Rescue. We are committed to providing the best possible care for our resident cats, contributing to breeding programmes, offering sanctuary to retired cats, offering a diverse education programme and rescuing cats in need.

We fulfil our core values by rescuing cats from adverse environments providing them with specialised care and a forever home, collaborating with global conservation organisations, making donations to support in-situ conservation strategies and by delivering education on the preservation of wildlife and habitats around the world.
