Thank you for visiting the JustGiving page for Keith Prowse and The Experience Golf teams.
In 2023, more than 70 colleagues came together to raise over £12,000 to install and fully equip a library for a special kindergarten school in Nairobi. Baobab provides food and education to 90 children, aged 3-6, all from extremely disadvantaged backgrounds.
As part of our fundraising efforts, we completed 25 and 50-mile walks around various London venues in our portfolio. Additionally, our Experience Golf team took on a challenging all-day golfathon in freezing conditions on the Duke's Course in St Andrews. Thanks to the generosity of each and every one of you, we raised over £8,000!
One of the heartfelt messages we received was:
"Thank you for the helping hand you have extended to us. The library you have built has been a huge benefit, and we have learned so much. The books have also helped us improve our vocabulary. In our country, it's rare to see people reading books or visiting a library."
In 2024, we continued supporting Baobab, raising funds to kickstart a feeding program (Keth’s Kitchen) and sponsor the Baobab Football Team (Keith’s Kickers), which also includes providing a coach and equipment. So far, we’ve raised over £20,000 for the school!
This year, our goal is to raise funds for The Baobab bus, which will ensure that children no longer have to endure the dangerous journey to school, with long distances, busy roads, and unsuitable footwear. Stay tuned for our next big challenge!
