May is National Cancer Research Month, a time dedicated to raising awareness and support for the ongoing fight against cancer. This cause hits particularly close to home for me, as most of you know my mother bravely battled stage 3 colon cancer last year. 2nd time she's had cancer, and I know friends and families that have been impacted from Cancer.

To show my support and solidarity, I've decided to participate in 'shave or dye' this year. Which is an event organized by the Irish cancer society where you either shave your hair or Dye it. I've chosen to shave my head as a symbol of solidarity with those fighting cancer and to honour the strength and resilience of those who have faced this disease. Every penny donated will go directly towards funding vital research, treatments, and support services for those affected by cancer.

They say not to 'shave or dye' till you've reached your fundraising goal, so I made the fundraising goal and donated that amount myself, leading by example, id never ask others to do things i wouldnt, and in doing so reaching the fundraising goal and being able to sport the look for the whole of National Cancer Research Month.
