Generally heartbroken about what's happening in Palestine (and now Lebanon) and running to show solidarity for the resilience and bravery of people there.

Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders (MSF) are active in Palestine, as well as other armed conflict areas (and more). They work irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation in over 70 countries and go to the places where others cannot or choose not to go.

There's a lot going on in the world and this is just one little run. Anything you can give to support MSF's work is massively appreciated.

If you're not in a position to give financially, keep writing to your politicians, attending marches, having conversations with family and friends to call for a ceasefire now.
