Macmillan Caring Locally works in partnership with the NHS to fund the Macmillan Unit, a Hospice and specialist palliative care unit at Christchurch Hospital in Dorset. Please note that we are not connected in any way to the national charity Macmillan Cancer Support.

Story

On Saturday 28th September, myself and Marie Elliott are hosting a FREE-TO-ALL mammoth BodyCombat event at the Bournemouth International Centre to celebrate 25 years of this iconic programme.

As the world’s leading martial arts group workout, BODYCOMBAT has kept it real for 25 years strong.

We are starting off with "The best of BodyCombat" 9:00-10:40 where we will be showcasing 100 minutes of the best tracks from the last 25 years.

We then finish off with the BRAND NEW 100th release "BodyCombat 100" 11:00-12:00 where we unleash this fantastic new material.

We are linking with Macmillan Caring locally to help raise funds for the incredible work they do in the local community.
