Story

From Couch to Chaos!

Hi, I’m Kels, a 45 year old mum, wife, fur mum, proud junk food enthusiast, owner of 2 dodgy knees & a miniature dachshund with a big attitude!

In 2024, I was diagnosed with autism at the age of 44 which was both life-changing and, in hindsight, explained a lot. So now, in a moment of questionable judgment (and possibly a sugar high), I was persuaded to signed up to run 13.1 miles for the National Autistic Society.

So here I am training (ish) for the London Landmarks Half Marathon to raise money for the amazing National Autistic Society. Why? Because awareness matters. Because support matters. Because representation for autistic people, not only diagnosed later in life but for all, really matters. And because apparently, you can’t raise money by lying down and eating crisps. I checked.

So we would all be so grateful if you be so kind as to donate a few pounds or pennies and I’m sorry but we don’t accept Crypto,

Running for Voices That Deserve to Be Heard & Every Mile for Minds That Shine💕✨
