Kelly’s wish was for donations in lieu of flowers to the wonderful hospice at Y Bwthyn, whose staff took such loving care of her and supported all the family during her final days.

Their kindness and compassion made a huge difference at such a difficult time, and we will always be so grateful for the care Kelly received.
