Cycle the Leeds Liverpool Canal from Anfield to Headingley then Jim Saynor ground · 6 September 2025

Motor Neurone Disease moves fast. It takes away time, it takes away independence and it has no cure. Every day we support people affected by MND. We fund ground-breaking research. We campaign for better care. We’re here for everyone who needs us. Because with MND, every day matters.

Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page supporting the MND Association.

I have joined a team (Jon Wiggins, Mike Ruthen, Dan Scott, myself & Tom Everingham supported by Lisa Wiggins and Lindsay Ruthen in the support vehicle and Justin Ross for arrival at The JSG, with additional support from Harrogate Pythons RUFC) to cycle the Leeds Liverpool canal from Anfield to Headingley and on to my rugby club Harrogate Pythons RUFC at the Jim Saynor Ground Station View in Starbeck on 6th/7th September, this is to honour the memory of a club member who was recently diagnosed with MND (Eddie Kernoghan) #EK12 and also in memory of Rob Burrow #RB7 both who were taken far too early from us. Hence our team name
