Having lost my Dad 6 years ago, I know just how hard the grieving process is, and this year Mark and I are running a half marathon to support the amazing Grief Encounter. The charity supports bereaved children and young people with counselling, art therapy, residentials and other tools to support.

Running a half marathon is seriously out of my comfort zone so your donations will definitely help get me through!
