🚨 15 miles. 10 hours. 6 teammates. One mission.

On 27th September 2025, I will take on the JLR Challenge a brutal test of endurance, covering 15 miles in 10 hours with my amazing team beside me. But this challenge is about far more than physical strength. It’s about shining a light on a battle I never thought I’d face.

In April 2024, I was diagnosed with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) a rare, incurable autoimmune disease that attacks the liver.

To hear those words was devastating. Overnight, my life was turned upside down. Fatigue, pain, and uncertainty became part of my daily reality. PBC isn’t just a liver disease it’s a shadow that looms over your future, knowing it can lead to liver failure, and eventually, a transplant.

I never imagined I would be living with a condition like this. I’m still learning how to adjust, but one thing I refuse to do is let this disease define me.

The JLR Challenge isn’t just a physical test. It’s symbolic of the uphill battle that people with PBC face every single day. Some days feel like climbing mountains, other days like walking through mud but we keep going.

I want to raise awareness, fund vital research, and show that no matter how tough the road, there is strength in community and hope in action.
