Story

Sunday 30th October 2022 is the day before my 47th birthday!! To celebrate I am taking my wonderful husband and my fabulous dog, Gylly to do Bark Run!

Although I have not been diagnosed with a mental health issue, I know that Gylly is the perfect tonic when I am feeling low, either with a cuddle or forcing me in to the outdoors to take her for a walk! My mental health is better because of her!

Please support us if you can!! We see and deal with things every day that most people see once or twice in their lifetime. If you need help, or a chat, I am here.

My paw-some four legged best friend is taking the lead to fundraise for better mental health in Cornwall by signing up to Bark Run! a bespoke 5k course around NT Trelissick, but we need your help.

No-one should have to face a mental health problem alone. Although affiliated to Mind the national charity, Cornwall Mind is an independently registered and funded charity dependent on fundraising and donations, to continue vital work in the community.

Every penny donated will stay in Cornwall to help support people in our local communities that are struggling with poor mental health.

Help Cornwall Mind be there for those that need them. Thank you.
