Mick and myself WILL be completing this challenge.

We have 12 weeks to do it, starting on the 1st March BUT...we are aiming to do it in just 8 weeks 😳.

We are swimming the 22 miles EACH. That is France and back between us.

With our busy and hectic lifestyles, it certainly will be a challenge!

I'm personally swimming for my beautiful Nan and John Halsall. Both were taken very suddenly and unexpectedly with heart related conditions that weren't noticed so couldn't be treated. Both, being very active, loving life with beautiful families who miss them dearly ❤️

Mick's story is very different..he has experienced first hand what it is like to suffer a heart attack.

With determination and hard work 💪 he has changed his lifestyle completely. This doesn't justify the upset and hurt it caused himself and his family 💔.

Thankfully, he is here to tell the tale and swim 22 miles!! 😀
