Kelly and I have chosen Maggie's Aberdeen as our chosen charity, as we both have family and friends who have been affected by cancer and hope to raise as much as we can to help this wonderful charity.

I lost my teenage brother to leukaemia many years ago as a child, and a facility like Maggie’s wasn’t around back then, so I fully understand the importance of this charity.

My wonderful mum is a breast cancer survivor of over 20 years now and I also lost my dad to cancer a few years ago.

Kelly lost her Gran to lung cancer many years ago, and again back then a facility like this didn’t exist.

Kelly’s mother in law passed away from ovarian cancer 5 years ago.

Kelly’s dad is in remission from lymphoma at present and is doing well.
