I often think that when it comes to a good cause, giving money is a beautiful thing. The ACLT hits home for me on many fronts as I lost my dad to Leukaemia last year. Raising this money directly changes lives, who wouldn't want to be responsible for saving even one life?? Seeing the massive fund raising drive that the Forbes Family Group are pushing led me to think of how I could get involved and help raise some much needed cash. I decided the best way for me to be able to give back is to make an impulsive decision and climb Mount Snowden at night (just for extra razzle dazzle). I'll be taking on the 9mile hike up Snowden which should roughly take 7 hours, hoping to reach the peak at 6:30ish for the sunrise.
