On Sunday 4th May, three teams from Kellys Warrenpoint are taking part in the 2025 Moy Park Belfast City Marathon Team Relay to raise money for Life and Time.

Life and Time provides a Community based End of Life Care Service in the home.

The service provided is in addition to those currently offered by the Trust and would be available to all patients at End of Life, following a referral from their GP.

"We believe, people who choose to die at home, should have the same access to symptom control as those in a hospice or hospital."

Life and Time covers an area of approximately 600km2 in the Southern Trust area. The service is offered to anyone living in the following towns; Annalong, Atticall, Kilkeel, Longstone, Ballymartin, Rathfriland, Hilltown, Mayobridge, Warrenpoint, Burren and Rostrevor.

The unique aspect of their Nursing model is that Life and Time only employs nurses that live within these areas, so ensures a rapid response to patients needs between the hours of 10pm-8am, 7 nights a week.
