Story
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disorder that primarily affects the lungs and digestive system, causing them to become clogged with thick, sticky mucus. This mucus buildup leads to chronic lung infections, breathing difficulties, and digestive issues. While there's no cure, various treatments can help manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
In July, myself and some of my family will be running at Harewood House, to help make sure everybody with CF can live a life unlimited. My fundraising will be helping Cystic Fibrosis Trust fund vital research as they race towards effective treatments for all.
This charity is very close to our hearts as my younger brother, Harrison was born with cystic fibrosis.
Your incredible support can help Cystic Fibrosis Trust to continue to support those living with CF and change lives for the better. Last year, they were able to respond to 3652 queries, supporting people affected by CF through the cost-of-living crisis, with information and support on issues such as housing, travel, benefits, employment, and much more.
Together, we can make sure everyone with CF can look forward to a brighter future.
