Kelsey Jessopp is raising money for Tracks-autism

Climbing Mount Snowdon · 5 July 2025

We provide a calm environment for children where they can learn, play and explore their world safely. Every child is a unique individual which is why we create a tailored learning plan that aims to enable them to achieve their potential. The support we receive enables us to help more families.

Story

🏔️ We’re climbing Mount Snowdon! 🥾

This summer, we’ll be taking on the challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon to raise money for an amazing place that means the world to our family: TRACKS Autism.

This specialist nursery has supported our son, Freddy, who has complex developmental delays and ASD. TRACKS provide Freddy with the dedicated care, understanding, and early intervention he needs to thrive—and they do this with warmth, patience, and expertise. They have truly been a lifeline for us these past 2 years.

We’re climbing for Freddy and for all the children like him who rely on these life-changing services. Every step we take up that mountain is to help fund the support, therapy, and specialist staff that make such a difference to families like ours.

Please consider sponsoring us—your donation, big or small, will go directly towards helping this incredible nursery to continue their vital work.

Thank you so much 💙
