For the last 12 month I have been competing in many triathlon events, runs swims and cycling events to raise awareness for children with Autism.

As many of my friends and family know me and Laura have an amazingly talented little daughter with autism who is pre verbal. She makes every day her own and she is so happy in her own little world.

I am not going to lie the last few years have been very tough on us. Not getting any support or advice when we needed it and it is still a constant battle.

Since my last fundraising page we have learnt so much as a family regarding Izzy’s autism and we have accepted the amazing little lady she is. Everyday is exciting and fun and also a challenge some days.

The problem we have found was in the north west we don’t have much support at all. Until one day we went to twinkle house. The support and encouragement they give to all the children and adults is amazing.

but like any charity This safe place needs to be protect with funding.

So I have decided to swap my charity to twinkle house to hopefully raise enough money to support everything they do.

I am training every day morning and night to compete in 3 Ironman distances in 2026.

I also have a few more events booked for this year too ( an hamstring Injury has set me back a little)
