This April, I will embark on a personal cycling journey from The Kelpies to the Forth Road Bridge, covering a distance of 35km. This ride is not just a celebration of my years but also an opportunity to raise awareness and funds for Prostate Scotland, an organization dedicated to supporting those affected by prostate cancer.

Prostate cancer affects many lives, and the need for support and research is greater than ever.
