Pickleball for Parkinson’s UK

Kenneth Reeve is raising money for Parkinson’s UK

Team: St Albans and Harpenden Pickleball Bonanza

9 hour Pickleball Bonanza · 29 November 2025

Anyone can get Parkinson’s. It gets worse over time and there’s no cure. Yet. Funding research into the most promising treatments, we’re getting closer to a cure. Until then, we're improving life for people with Parkinson’s, and the people in their lives. Together we'll find a cure.

Story

Thank for for visiting my Just Giving Page.

I am joining a group of Pickleball Players from St Albans and Harpenden who have decided to use our enthusiasm for the game to raise funds for Parkinson's UK and the Chilterns Neuro Centre. Please support us as we play Pickleball continuously for 9 hours on Saturday November 29th 2025.

As part of the challenge, I will be fundraising for Parkinson's UK.

Having been diagnosed with Parkinson's for the last two years, I know first hand the impact that this condition has on everyday life.

Please read the information below about the charity.

Around 150,000 people in the UK live with Parkinson's, a progressive neurological condition causing symptoms like tremors, stiffness, and problems with mobility and other aspects of daily living. No cure exists, but Parkinson's UK provides extensive support and funds research for new treatments.

Any donation you make will be gratefully appreciated and may one day help to find a cure.

Thank you for your support
