A few months ago running the London 10K one last time seemed like a great idea. I'd run three times before, and each time raised £1,000 or more for the work of the Evangelical Fellowship of Sierra Leone. Now the run is less than a week away, and we are in the middle of a heat wave. Training is not so fun when it's 30° out! But, I'm still determined.
