For some reason I have agreed to cycle the length of France 🇫🇷 into Spain 🇪🇸 in 6 days this will be the hardest thing I have ever done all in the name of this wonderful charity.

Day 1 Ouistreham to Argentan 50 miles

Day 2 Argentan to Angers 120 miles

Day 3 Angers to La Rochelle 127 miles

Day 4 La Rochelle to Bordeaux 123 miles

Day 5 Bordeaux to Bayonne 137 miles

Day 6 Bayonne to Pamplona 🇪🇸 72 miles

This totals 629 miles or 1012km please dig deep as I'll probably die.
