Story

Hi, I’m Kenta, and on June 28th, I’ll be running 100km in a single day. That’s more than twice the length of a marathon. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done—but it’s nothing compared to what my mom went through.

My mom was a single parent and the strongest person I’ve ever known. For nearly eight years, she fought breast cancer with everything she had. No matter how tough things got, she never gave up. She always showed up—for me, for life—until the very end. I lost her when I was 17.

Now, I want to honor her fight by pushing myself to the limit. Last year, I ran half marathons and a full marathon. This year, I’m going beyond anything I thought I could do—because cancer doesn’t stop, and neither will I.

This run isn’t just for my mom. It’s for everyone battling cancer, for the families holding on to hope, and for the ones we’ve lost too. Every pound donated will go directly to cancer research—because we need better treatments, better support, and, one day, a cure.

I can’t do this alone. I need your help. If my story moves you, please donate, share, and be part of this mission. Every step I take is for a future where no one has to go through this pain.

Let’s run this race together.
