I am taking part in the Media Marathon this May on behalf of Suicide&Co.

Suicide&Co is a national charity that supports those bereaved by suicide and seeks to open up the conversation around suicide-related grief.

This cause is deeply close to my heart having felt first hand the effects of losing a loved one to suicide. It's important to raise awareness, break the stigma, and make support more accessible for those who are struggling with their mental health.
