The boys this year wanted to do some giving for Christmas this year. So we decided to start by taking part in Mental Elf 2025 - a 5km Festive Fun Run held on the first Sunday in December.

For years, mental health has been a big part of our family’s journey — something we’ve learned to face together with love, laughter, and a lot of resilience

The event's route runs around Danson Park and takes in the boating pool and beautiful gardens.

All profits from ticket sales will go directly to Mind in Bexley enabling us to support more local people with their mental health.
