Hectors Greyhound Rescue is in desperate need of donations in order to continue with the fantastic work they are doing. It costs the charity on average £90 to take in a dog. Additional fees are then incurred to keep the dog in a safe, clean, and warm space and a new home found. This is a non-profit charity, all funds raised will go straight to the dogs and their wellbeing.

They rescue Greyhounds for a variety of reasons:

-Many find themselves at risk of being “put to sleep” after their racing career.

-They receive others directly from their trainers.

-Some are brought to us after being abandoned as strays.

-While others come from owners who can no longer keep them.

Hectors are a dedicated group of volunteers who devote their time to saving the lives of ex-racing Greyhounds
