On 28th September 2024, me, Ellisia, Darcey, my lovely cousin and friends are doing the Leeds 6k Alzheimer’s Society memory walk in memory of my beautiful Mum, Caroline Hodge.

After starting to struggle with her memory my Mum was diagnosed in December 2017 with Alzheimer’s Disease. Her dad had also suffered with the disease.

After just over six years of struggles with Alzheimer’s Disease Mum gained her angel wings on 1st March this year and has left a massive hole in all our hearts. Mum was the life and soul, always happy, cheerful and dancing. One of Mums main loves was walking her dog Tilly so to walk in her memory is a fitting tribute.

We have decided to do this walk to raise awareness for Alzheimers and would appreciate any donation small or large.
