🏃‍♀️Great North Run 2026 💙

I’ve finally dug out my running shoes to take on the GNR 2026, and I’ll be running for a cause very close to my close friend, Nicky Stevens heart - Billy's Lifeline

This charity supports families who have lost loved ones through suicide, offering help and guidance when it’s needed most.

I think most people know of someone who has been directly or indirectly affected by suicide and in Nicky's case, this is something that has personally affected her more than once and something that never really leaves you. This is why we are raising awareness and supporting others going through the same pain as well as supporting a local charity.

Mental health is so important. Too many people struggle in silence, but you’re never alone. Please if you’re struggling, reach out - to a friend, family member or a support service. Talking really can make a difference.

I’ll be doing my bit by running - and I’d really appreciate any support, whether that’s a donation or sponsoring our shirt, attending our little events or simply sharing my post 🙏
