The Smile of Arran Trust is a children's brain tumour charity that was set up in memory of an extraordinary and inspiring young man Arran Tosh who lost his life to a brain tumour at age 13. Our goal is to provide small grants to children and their families that have been affected by a brain tumour.

Story

In memory of my nephew Arran, who would be turning 25 this year, and to mark my 50th birthday, Shaz and I are running the Strathclyde Half Marathon on Sunday 4th May.

We’re raising funds for The Smile of Arran Trust, a charity we set up 11 years ago to help other families going through a similar journey. The money raised is given out in grants to these families to help support them and their children through their treatment process.

Many of you will know we lost Arran very suddenly, 5 days after he was diagnosed with a brain tumour, when he was only 13 years old. To read Arran’s full story follow the link below.
