We are the Care Explorers, a passionate group of young people dedicated to fostering community and support among care-experienced youth. Every month, we come together for walks that not only strengthen our bonds but also inspire hope and resilience. This year, we are thrilled to participate in the Wirral Coastal Walk 2026 on 7 June 2026, a beautiful journey along the coast that symbolizes our commitment to positive change.

Our chosen charity is the Epilepsy Society, a cause very close to our hearts. One of our own has experienced epilepsy firsthand and is determined to challenge misconceptions and raise awareness about this condition. By supporting this cause, we aim to empower those affected by epilepsy and promote understanding within our communities.
