This year we have added Emily to our team, to Ride for Helen 2026!

Dylan, Andy and Lee (my dad) are taking on the 15 mile challenge, whilst Emily is completing the 6 mile ride with me.

This is a fantastic event for all the family, riding around the beautiful countryside, hopefully in the sun, raising much needed and appreciated funds, that go towards helping people in Essex, living with cancer.

I've worked for the charity now for nearly 4 years, and in my role I get to see first-hand the amazing support that we offer to people living with a cancer diagnosis.

I know life is expensive at the moment for everyone, but even if you could spare a couple of pounds, it honestly makes such a difference.
