This October Im running my first half marathon 'the royal Parks half marathon '

Im running on behalf of the British heart foundation and in honour of missed loved ones.

'Our vision is a world where everyone has a healthier heart for longer'

My story is not of one loved one but three.

The money we help raise for the British heart foundation goes towards

funding medical research, supporting individuals and families affected by heart conditions, and advocating for policy changes. A significant portion goes towards funding research into heart and circulatory diseases.

the BHF is the largest independent funder of such research in Europe. They also provide information and support to individuals and families.

any small donation will help them to continue there amazing work.
