Alba, Oscar, Benedict and William are 8 years old and they are doing a triathlon the distance of the channel from England to France to raise money for BBC Children in Need. They are each individually going to cycle, run and swim the 21 mile distance over the month of October, adding up their miles as they go. They will complete the triathlon on Friday 3rd November by running the final mile with all of their school friends, and will finish at a recreated ‘Calais’ to French flags and celebratory croissants!
