A-ND is a charitable organisation based in Aberdeen which provides support across the Grampian area. Our aims are to ensure the provision of the best possible education, care, support and opportunities for people of all ages with autistic spectrum conditions (ASCs) by supporting families, improving understanding and developing best practice among carers and professionals.

I last ran a 1/2 Marathon in 2017 and vowed I'd never do it again... yet here I am 8 years later back training!! A challenge to myself before I reach half a century and finally slow down! The training has been fun so far, with short 2-7km runs with one 10k thrown in but I need to get serious now with only 6 weeks to go..
