I’m reaching out on behalf of the Kesgrave Community First Responders, a dedicated team of volunteers working alongside the Ambulance Service to provide rapid, lifesaving care to members of our community in times of medical emergency.

Our responders are trained to attend critically ill patients—such as those suffering cardiac arrests—within their homes, delivering essential basic life support before ambulance crews arrive. This early intervention can be the difference between life and death.

Currently, our team consists of five active responders and we are recruiting more, but we are limited by having only two response kits to share between us. This means only two responders can be on call at any given time. With your support, we hope to raise funds to purchase additional kits and updating our equipment, enabling more responders to be available and improving emergency coverage across Kesgrave and surrounding areas!

Any pennies will assist in this fantastic cause and will allow more of our responders to be available for deployment to urgent 999 calls!
