As someone who has witnessed the cruel, indiscriminate grip of cancer firsthand, I’m reaching out to you not just as the admin of Just About Watches, but as a husband, a father, and a patient. I’ve always believed this community is about more than watches — it’s about connection, compassion, and the courage to stand together when life becomes unspeakably hard. And right now, I need your help.

Cancer isn’t something that’s brushed past my family — it’s crashed into us like a wave, again and again, with no time to catch our breath. I’ve been diagnosed with a brain tumour. That alone was shattering. But it wasn’t the end. I now also have prostate cancer. My daughter, in her early thirties — so full of life, plans, and promise — is in the fight of her life against breast cancer. And my wife… she’s a survivor. She beat breast cancer with everything she had, and thanks to Tamoxifen — a treatment developed with the help of Tenovus Cancer Care — she’s still here with us. Still smiling. Still fighting alongside us.

But none of us can do this alone.
