The Bens den Audax takes place on the 6th and 7th of June , This year there will be 40 cyclists a mixture of road and gravel riders going to Mablethorpe from Ilkeston on the Saturday and then back again on the Sunday. This will be a 200 miles ride over the two days.

Please help them by donating what ever you can afford to Ben’s den which in turn helps poorly children and their families spend precious time together to make special/happy memories at the Bens den caravans at Mablethorpe free of charge.
