We are running the Cooper River Bridge 10k to raise funds for an amazing charity that helped our good friend Carmelo Sapia (one of the nicest people in the world) and played a massive part in his recovery.

In April 2023 Mel unfortunately suffered a stroke due to heart failure, which resulted in a long period in the ICU, unprecedented disruption to his family and professional life, and a long hard road to recovery. The We Win Together organization took fantastic care of him throughout and helped bring stability to a tough period.

Exactly 1 year later on April 6th 2024, Mel, myself, and a group of his friends & family will be running a 10k to mark his incredible recovery.

Please provide whatever support you can… and keep in mind that the higher the amount raised, the higher the pressure on me to actually complete a 10k run 😉
